About me
I started my career behind the scenes, keeping a CEO's calendar, inbox, and travel on track. Along the way I learned to pay close attention: to people, to processes, and to the gap between how work was supposed to happen and how it actually happened. That attention became a discipline, and it's how I work today.

The journey
Some people see a list of unrelated roles. I see a deliberate progression, each phase building the one that came after.
Phase 01
My career began supporting a CEO: managing his calendar and inbox, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and preparing reports. I learned to stay one step ahead, protect a leader's time, and keep every detail organized.
Phase 02
At a food production company, I managed recruitment, employee records, and payroll for 48 people, and kept stock records and supply orders current. I saw where organizations run smoothly and where they get stuck, and the same bottlenecks kept showing up.
Phase 03
Curiosity pulled me into data. I learned to build dashboards and spot trends, then started mapping processes and asking better questions. That's when it clicked: the real value was in understanding the business behind the data.
Phase 04
Today it all comes together. I support leaders, keep processes and records organized and current, and build the systems that make everyday work run smoothly.
The turning point
“The real value wasn't just in the data. It was in understanding the system behind it.”
Most business problems aren't isolated. Delays, inventory gaps, manual overload, and reporting confusion are usually symptoms of scattered processes. Once I saw that, I stopped patching individual problems and started fixing the processes behind them.
Where I am now
I currently work as a freelance operations specialist, helping businesses replace scattered spreadsheets and manual follow-ups with clear processes, centralized records, and simple automation.
What I want next is to bring that same reliability to one team: supporting leadership, owning day-to-day processes, keeping records current, and following up on every open item until it's done.
This is the work, and I love it.
I'm open to remote operations, executive support, and project coordination roles.
